Counselling was a natural progression for me after working in teaching and social work. I saw so many problems but was unable to help on a personal level. My curiosity deepened and I felt it I could help so much more by being there to support those who were most in need. I use many transferable skills to help both adults and children negotiate any problems they may face. I specialise in therapy for children and young people,  anxiety, depression,, trauma and am LGBTQIA affiliated. I also have a wider knowledge of family systems and neurodiversity and domestic abuse. However, I see clients with a wide variety of issues and provide a warm welcome for everyone.

I help people with a wide variety of conditions:

ADHD, ADD, ASD, Abuse, abortion, anxiety, affairs, attachment, anger, addiction, behaviour issues, betrayal, bullying, bereavement, codependency, coping skills, career, couples, coercive control, dementia, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, eating disorders family relationships, gender identity, life transitions, later life and retirement, low self esteem, low self confidence, loss, men’s therapy, OCD, single parenting, sexual abuse, stress, separation, trauma and PTSD, school issues, suicidal ideation, sexuality, transgender.
