Individual counselling and psychotherapy

Counselling can offer a person a safe space to connect and build a relationship of trust and honesty. We can work together to help you through any issues in your life that have become a problem. Counselling helps you get the most out of life and is often the key to being happier and more fulfilled.

The purpose of counselling and psychotherapy is to help you recognise your strengths by discovering the values, beliefs, feelings and emotions that are restricting your mental growth. With longer term clients, psychotherapy can delve more into the past to see what shapes us in the present. I will give you the space and time to talk openly to an impartial, non judgemental audience.

The sessions are client led. I don’t give advice, but gently help the client to become completely self governing and feel empowered.

I offer short and long term therapy. This can be face to face in Exeter or online via Zoom. I can also offer e- therapy or text.
